Abstract

There

is a tendency for us professionals and parents to believe that young people voluntarily choose to sit in front of a screen as much as possible.

We do not look at the massive behavioral psychology designs that are installed in all kinds of online platforms.

Young people need more than anyone else the joy of physical interaction with peers, a playful life in nature, and a deep connection with family and friends.

But with the massive screen use - all of these basic developmental components in a childs life are being threatened by a physical- isolated life in front of a screen.

And we know what happens with youngsters when they neglect what really matters to them.

It’s called depression, loneliness and stress.
